Family Mediation Services

In circumstances where it is appropriate we offer mediation through the Dodds & Partners Family Mediation Service. This provides an alternative method of resolving issues on relationship / marital breakdown. Ashwin is a trained Family Mediator, who can help couples who are separating to reach an agreement about such matters as their children, property and finances.
Family Mediation is generally faster and less expensive than the Court process. It helps couples to communicate and co-operate to reach an agreement. It is also less stressful and upsetting than going through the Court. These benefits can be particularly important where there are dependant children.
